Cook/Deli Assistant Position Available
Location: Mc Conville’s XL Carrickmacross Road, Kingscourt, Co.Cavan
Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
· Previous experience in a Hot Food/Cold Food Deli department would be essential for this role
· Knowledge and experience in food safety, hygiene and HACCP training would be essential for this role.
· Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills
· Hard-Working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative, and to multi-task under pressure with a positive attitude
· The ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing Hot and Cold food Deli environment
· Strong time management and organisational skills
· Professional & polite manner is essential
· Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail, keeping up with the latest food trends and being creative with a passion for food.
· Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy work environment
· The ability to show consistency in food standards and quality every week.
· Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
