It has been a pleasure for the team to work on such a project as this, always pushing the boundaries, passion into every part designed, safety in every line of code, fine detail in every cross stitch.

Final checks and finishes to the one of kind Project Maulin all electric AVA Defender before handing the keys over to our a customer who entrusted us to build a truly unique vehicle. From driver experience to customisation throughout, we hope they enjoy it out on their adventures as much as we did creating this gem.

Final stages in the assembly and testing of Project Maulin are here. Already with some kilometres on the clock, it’s time to put the finishing touches to this one of a kind, fully electric, all custom AVA Defender.

With days to go before wheels start rolling, everything is coming together for Project Maulin to hit the road. Interior, mechanical, electrical and exterior skilled craftwork, artistry and engineering all working together in harmony on the final tasks at hand to wrap up the build on this beautiful creation the entire team are incredibly proud of.

Battery build. Assembling the heart of Project Maulin. Our 50kWh battery pack that goes into every customer commissioned electric AVA Defender was conceived, engineered and built here, in Studio AVA at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains by our talented team.
