Legislation is needed

The sister of a rider who was seriously injured in a crash is calling for laws to be drawn up to make it mandatory for protective clothing to be worn when riding a motorcycle

When the sun comes out nothin boils my p**s more than seeing t***s on motorcycles wearing tee-shirts, shorts and trainers. No gloves and probably wouldn't wear a helmet either only for they are compulsory. PPE is compulsory for your motorcycle riding test. Should PPE be made compulsory by law? What do you think?
