Dear customers,
From now on any car what is comming to us for a cleaning service is going to be inspected by our staff in front of the customer for any damages as it is not fair on our staff been wrongly accused of damaging any car ! Any abuse towards staff or misbehaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and you will have to leave the property and the local authorities will be notified of this , although 99% of our customers are respectful and loyal there is 1% who chance there arm and try scam us for damages that was already done on this car ! It’s taking us 5 years to build a good reputation in aughrim and we won’t let anyone ruin our name when we work very hard everyday it’s not fair !
Any persons that is been rude or offensive to any staff member at shiny will be refused any future services !

Also on another note anyone who books in for a full valet and changes there mind on arrival will still be charged for a full valet as we are out of pocket when you book a full valet as we have turned down other customers to fit you in !
Sorry for any inconvenience for a loyal customers hope use understand but we don’t have any choice now but to take action !
