Very well done F30 we had in recently from Limerick for tuning. Car was previously tuned elsewhere, customer came to us to do it properly . Custom power map applied - should be between 235-240bhp ( B47 engine) , limiter and deep idle added also . Map switch is also available on all Auto F series platforms, changeable via sport/comfort button mcb

BMW E46 320d M47 suffering with limp mode under acceleration and multiple fault codes for rail pressure etc

Started with proper diagnosis — live data, boost + rail pressure actual vs requested logged
Ended up finding metal filings in the fuel system, traced back to a worn high pressure pump.

At that point there’s no shortcut — system has to be done properly:

• Tank removed and cleaned
• Lines flushed from tank to injectors
• New lift pump fitted
• Secondary pump replaced
• New fuel filter + HPFP fitted
• Injector seats cut and cleaned
• New Injectors cleaned + new seals/washers
• Injector Rail replaced
• Injectors coded in

Car now pulling properly again with no limp mode issues.

Bmw F10 520d B47 we had in this evening for switchable maps
-Comfort mode : stock power , no limiter
-Sport mode: Tuned with limiter etc
Maps are switched through the driving mode button .

We also applied a custom gearbox map to the 8hp gearbox ✅

🔧 V6 TDI Touareg – Full Network & Drivetrain Recovery

V6 TDI Touareg in this week with major communication and drivetrain faults.

The vehicle had previously been to two separate garages where it remained for weeks. Unfortunately, neither were able to resolve the issues and it was returned to the customer still faulty.

Vehicle arrived with:

• ABS module incorrectly coded
• No communication with automatic transmission
• No communication with engine control unit
• Gearbox stuck in emergency mode (1st, 3rd & reverse only)
• Engine management light illuminated
• Immobiliser faults stored
• Multiple CAN network errors
• Transmission Control Unit (under seat) water damaged and non-functional

After structured diagnostics, CAN network wiring faults were identified along with failure of the TCU due to water ingress.

✔️ Damaged TCU replaced
✔️ New unit correctly coded and adapted to vehicle
✔️ CAN wiring faults repaired
✔️ ABS and gateway coding corrected
✔️ Full system communication restored

Gearbox now operating perfectly through all gears.
No warning lights.
Vehicle starting and driving exactly as intended.

Complex electrical faults require proper diagnostics, module configuration and coding — not guesswork.

🔴Range Rover Evoque 2.0tdi

🔴Customer called explaining faults on the dashboard , Dpf issues, limp mode etc, after being quoted €4,000 to resolve the issue by the main dealers …

🔴We were able to fix this issue for a fraction of the price .

🔴Full diagnostic check showed multiple Dpf related fault codes , so we went ahead and applied our custom Dpf solution along with Adblue & Egr solution. Customer also opted for an eco remap to improve power and reduce fuel consumption.

🔴 These Land Rovers & Range rovers with the 2.0Tdi engine are notorious for blocking dpfs and blowing turbos. If you own one of these get in touch and we can get you sorted before you fork out for costly repairs .
