Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a representative from "MoTeC - A Bosch Company" HQ Australia to KSNUSA Motorsport.

As we were heading to Mandalika Circuit in Lombok for race service the following day, he decided to join us, his first visit to the circuit to see the growing motorsport scene in Indonesia and meet some of the people behind it.

Good conversations, plenty of ideas, and a lot of technical knowledge shared along the way. Always good to exchange thoughts with people who share the same passion for motorsport and technology.
Thank you MoTeC for the visit and the valuable time. 🇦🇺🇮🇩

The Mazda RX-7 4 Rotor is back at KSNUSA Motorsport for a few upgrades.
Nothing too dramatic, just making an already special car work a little better:
- Electronic Throttle System (Throttle & PPS) for smoother throttle control, especially during cruising and stop-and-go driving
- Launch control refinement
- Haltech IO16 to expand the ECU inputs and outputs
- Flame thrower function
- Refined the Up Flatshift strategy and added a Downshift Blip function using the gear shift switch.

The blip is now possible thanks to the E-Throttle.

Small changes, but they make a noticeable difference when you’re actually driving the car.

Another Harley Davidson from HD Garas came in for a little dyno time.
2012 Electra Glide Standard Police (FLHTP), with a camshaft upgrade recently done at HD Garas.
Back on the dyno with Diag 4 Tune and steady state dyno tuning to sort out the fuelling and ignition after the cam upgrade.
All good. Hope the owner enjoys the new setup and, most importantly, the ride.

Dyno tuning a MoTeC M1 on this Nissan Fairlady 350Z, now running a 2JZ-GTE swap.
The brief was simple: an everyday drift machine.
Reliable enough for the road, lively enough for sideways.
With a few spare 2JZ VVT-i and 2JZ-GTE engines on standby, this one is built with the right kind of insurance.
MoTeC M1 ECU, MoTeC PDM15, 8 button CAN keypad and an AiM MXG dash keeping everything under control.
No big talk. Just good setup, good hardware, and plenty of sideways.

Starting from scratch.
Built a fresh start file for the Haltech Nexus S2 and PD16, then fired up a 1982 Toyota Sprinter GT with the legendary 2T-GEU, running four individual throttles that still look like a set of old school four barrel carbs, but are actually fully fuel-injected.

A few hours of configuring, checking, and tuning… and finally, it runs sweet.
Packed up and headed home in the dark, tired but properly satisfied.

Some jobs just hit differently.
