Pada kesempatan kali ini PT. Aftech Rand Perkasa yang tergabung dalam AFTECH GROUP sedang mencari kandidat yang mempunyai experience dibidang CNC Milling dengan minimal 2 tahun pengalaman untuk bergabung dengan team kami. Selain itu syarat lain yang diperlukan adalah sebagai berikut:
- Pendidikan SMK Permesinan
- Umur maksimal 30 Tahun
- Berdomisili di wilayah Cikarang
- Mempunyai pengalaman mengoperasikan CNC Milling mengerjakan Job Order khususnya Mold Automotive dan Electronics
- Bica membaca gambar dan alat ukur

[We Are Hiring - CNC Programmer]
PT. AFTECH RAND PERKASA is one of the Domestic Investment Companies (PMDN) which was founded in November 2001 that located in Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tahap II, South Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. We’re focus in Mold Manufacturing for Injection Plastics, Rubber, Die Casting, and Precision Parts.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in Programing Mold Process Machining (Automotive & Electronics) for at least 10 years and have a leadership spirit to join our team as a CNC Programmer Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, models, or specifications to determine the appropriate CNC program
- Select the most efficient machining process, tooling, and sequence of operations based on the type of material, quantity of parts to be produced, accuracy requirements, surface finish, and production efficiency
- Generate CNC programs using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to input into CNC machine controls
- Run test programs on CNC machines to ensure that the programs produce the desired results without errors
- Modify existing programs to improve efficiency or address issues that arise during production
- Optimize cutting strategies to reduce cycle times and increase productivity
- Train other personnel in the use of CAM software and CNC machine operation
- Maintain records of all programs and changes for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on advances in CNC technology and software to improve programming efficiency
- Assist in the development of new products or processes by providing input on manufacturability and cost
- Work with engineers and other personnel to resolve design or production problems
- Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10 years’ experience & More in mold manufacturing or a related field
- Proven experience as a CNC programmer mold process in automotive & Electronics Mold up to 1300 tonnage injection machine
- Solid understanding of 3D programming and design
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Strong math skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong experience in best parting line matching skill, programing mirror finish cnc for head lamp part.

[We Are Hiring - Mold Designer]
PT. AFTECH RAND PERKASA is one of the Domestic Investment Companies (PMDN) which was founded in November 2001 that located in Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tahap II, South Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. We’re focus in Mold Manufacturing for Injection Plastics, Rubber, Die Casting, and Precision Parts.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in the field of Automotive & Electronics Mold Part Design for at least 10 years and have a leadership spirit to join our team as a Mold Design Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new molds for plastic injection molded parts, working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Have experience design mold for automotive & electronics part use injection tonnage up to 1300 ton.
- Generate 3D solid models of mold designs using CAD software & UG NX (Siemens)
- Create 2D detailed drawings of mold components for fabrication and assembly
- Select appropriate mold construction materials based on factors such as thermal expansion, corrosion resistance, and cost
- Work with suppliers to procure mold components in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Conduct mold trials to ensure that the design functions as intended and produces parts that meet quality standards
- Make modifications to mold designs based on feedback from mold trials
- Prepare technical reports documenting mold designs and test results
- Train other engineers and technicians on mold design and fabrication techniques
- Stay up-to-date on advances in mold design and manufacturing technology
- Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or plastics engineering
- 10 years’ experience & More in mold design or a related field
- Solid understanding of molding processes and materials
- Proficient in CAD software, UG NX (Siemens), Mold Flow, with solid modeling experience,
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Leading the project new mold
