To Whom it may concern,

In China, the government is implementing a new environmental law (issue of carbon dioxide emissions) for all factories, factories are having electricity rationing, and the operation of factories is also being limited.


For example, factories can work with reduced capacity, this should generate a longer lead time for orders that are currently running. And some new orders are being rejected due to not being able to inform the right date of the end of the order productions.


We ask for an understanding from all contacts/customers who are awaiting orders, factories are trying to get authorization to be able to work full time but all factory requests are being rejected at this time.
