This rebuild is just about complete, all rotted wood removed and replaced with composite core. Stronger, lighter and will never rott again. Senator, San Augustin boat is just about ready for the next step. Installation of the new fuel tank.

Current progress on Senator, San Augustin Rebuild. Please see pictures of this conversion from an inboard to an outboard. Completed with an almost three foot extension. Today my son and nephew sealed the top section while I took pictures📸.

Update on Senator, San Augustin boat.
The new fwd cabin, bulkheads are frabricated and fitted. Moving on to the fwd bulkhead that will contain the new fuel tank.
lighter and stronger than originally built, this beauty will soon be ready for the water. Stay posted as we complete this rebuild. My son and Nephew have made me proud.

This rebuild for Senator San Augustin is coming along. All rotted core in the cabin was removed and refinishing with Composite.
Stronger and lighter this boat once complete will be able to carry more weight and have further range. Please see pictures below.

We added an additional 7" to our outrigger float, giving it more buoyancy. looking forward to Sea trials, and how 🤔 it preforms.

Getting ready for Piti's Ocean festival this April, 18th and 19th. Gonna give our Proa a new paint job as we had several deep scratches that we wanted to take care of.
