What started as the Clio Wagon RS Concept 300+ is now being engineered with one goal in mind: 400+ hp.

This isn’t just about chasing numbers. It’s about building something unique while keeping the character of the original Renault Sport platform alive. Every upgrade is chosen with purpose, every detail is tested, and every step brings the project closer to becoming one of the most distinctive Clio Wagon builds.

Everyone sees the final result.
Almost no one sees what it takes to get there.

This build wasn’t delayed because it was easy.
It took years of setbacks, wrong hands, rebuilding parts from scratch, endless personal work, sacrifices, money, and time that no one can ever give back.

People keep asking:
“When will it finally be finished?”

As if a project like this is built overnight.

Perfection can’t be rushed.
Every detail takes time, every mistake costs twice, and every shortcut shows in the final result.

From Scrap to a Dream.

Nobody believed this car would ever become what it is today.

People laughed.
They called it a waste of time.
Some said it belonged in the scrapyard.

Even people who worked on it couldn’t imagine the final result.

Then the paint went on.
One by one, every part found its place.
And suddenly… everything changed.

The same people who doubted it stood there speechless.
The same pages that criticized the project started sharing it.
The same build everyone laughed at became the one everyone was talking about.

This wasn’t luck.
It was years of patience, sacrifice, sleepless nights and refusing to quit.

Fuel system reliability starts with proper filtration.

The Injector Dynamics ID F750 Fuel Filter delivers up to 750 LPH of flow while providing exceptional protection for injectors, pumps and fuel system components. With 87% filtration efficiency at 5 microns and 100% efficiency at 35 microns, it keeps contaminants out without sacrificing performance.

Compatible with gasoline, E85, methanol and race fuels, the ID F750 is built for demanding high-horsepower applications where both performance and reliability matter.

Turbosmart e-Boost 3 installed.

One of the key parts of the Clio IV RS Wagon 400HP project is now in place: the Turbosmart e-Boost 3 electronic boost controller.

The goal for this build is simple: a forged 1.8L turbo setup producing around 400HP, while keeping the car street-friendly and fully adjustable from the driver’s seat.

The installation was designed around the factory air vent, allowing the e-Boost 3 to sit perfectly integrated into the dashboard without blocking airflow. The vent remains fully functional, cabin airflow is unaffected, and the controller looks like it came from the factory.

The Turbosmart e-Boost 3 is far more than a boost gauge. It provides:

• Electronic boost control via external wastegate or boost control solenoid
• Multiple boost presets and boost levels
• Scramble boost function
• Boost-by-RPM capability
• Peak boost recording
• Overboost protection and warning functions
• Adjustable boost gain and sensitivity settings
• RPM monitoring and display
• Boost pressure monitoring in real time
• Customizable display layouts and colors
• Warning alarms and safety limits
• Data logging capabilities
• Sensor diagnostics and monitoring
• User-programmable boost curves

For this project, the e-Boost 3 will be responsible for managing boost levels between everyday driving and full-power mode, giving precise control over the Garrett GTX2860R Gen2 setup and helping the forged 1.8L engine deliver reliable performance.

Clean installation. Factory-style appearance. Full airflow retained. Full boost control at your fingertips.

Next step: tuning the complete package and chasing the 400HP target.

Renault Clio iv RS Wagon “300+” the project keeps evolving.

Custom CNC billet intake manifold for the next stage of the build. Fully redesigned for high boost and high flow performance, built around an 8 injector setup with upgraded fuel delivery, custom fuel rail, multiple vacuum ports, AN fittings and precision-machined plenum design.

Every detail on this intake was made specifically for this project:
• Custom billet construction
• 8 injector configuration
• High-flow runners
• Custom fuel rail system
• CNC engraved RS branding
• Satin anodized finish in custom blue-grey tone
• Future-ready for the 400hp setup

The whole Clio is currently transforming into something completely different:
Garrett turbo setup, custom fabrication, standalone-style fuel strategy, upgraded cooling, air suspension and many one-off parts made only for this car.

Target: 400hp Renault Clio RS Wagon.

Huge thanks to CNC Innovations 👉 for the insane work, patience and support during the development of this manifold. This is only the beginning.

Next step already in progress:

Not your typical Clio.

Clio RS Wagon Concept 300+
Built to be different from every angle — especially the rear.

Custom spoiler.
Custom diffuser.
Custom rear setup.
Custom hood already in progress.
And this is only the beginning.

The goal?
A fully built 400hp wagon that still keeps the Renault Sport spirit alive, but pushed far beyond factory limits.

Garrett turbo setup.
Handmade details everywhere.
Big intercooler.
Custom exhaust.
Custom fabrication.
Countless hours, mistakes, redesigns and evolution.

This project was never about making sense.
It was about building the Clio Renault never dared to produce.

And yes… it’s still unfinished.
