I would like to thank all my customers and friends for there custom over the years.
I have decided to hang up my spanners for the final time as from tomorrow .
As from the 25th December the garage will be trading under new ownership and name.

For the customers who have jobs booked in January 2024 the booking still stands and I will be in touch next week with you

A customer/Friend asked me to check he's vehicle over which he bought in July 2023 from a garage in York. To My surprise I found several faults which included excessive corrosion within 12 " of a main bearing load which looked to me as if it must have been like that for a couple of years at least.
I checked the MOT history to find it had not had any minor defects for the last two years and tested at the same MOT staion in the Fulford area York . I won't name or shame the garage.

New customer brings a car in with a few faults. What I found wrong was unbelievable .
I checked to see if the vehicle had any mot on it and to my surprise it had been tested in a garage in York only at the back end of June 2023 with no addvice .
