Another Mini Project Completed

Today the dream became reality for this customer.

6 years ago it was taken off the road and today he drives it away.

This one has been ongoing with me for a few years, recieving refurbished hubs, arms, subframes, steering rack and differential to name just a few.

The owner had done quite a bit of the assembly work and body work himself, but wanted me to finish the jigsaw and make it a fully working car.

It recieved a Link Fury G4X ECU, custom Motorsport wiring loom done in house, braided fuel lines with custom VAE fuel line brackets to name just a few bits.

Safe to say this one was great to see completed and has great road presence with the widebody Ridox kit.

I will be looking forward to seeing this at a few shows and meets in the near future

Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing a full rear arm replacement on this early Mk1 Audi R8.

This was done using refurbished units i keep on the Shelf.

All these replacement arms required the discontinued M12 ball joints that we manufacture (unavailable from Audi)

All the work was carried out the same day while the customer waited.

Once removed, all the old ball joints were inspected and showed to the customer exactly how tired they were. 19 years on the original ball joints is some going!

And thats a wrap!

Unrivalled Supras Build No.2 Completed

What initially started out as a minor underside restoration, snowballed into a full blown restomod build.

Keeping true to the Supras nature of being a GT car, it still remains a car you can go travel europe in comfort and style but then be increadibly fast when required.

Aside from the performance, every mechanical component has been refurbished to an as new or better condition meaning trouble free motoring for many years to come.

I would like to thank for trusting me in building this beautiful car for him and for for the finalised mapping (dyno vids coming soon).

With the engine and gearbox now installed, its time to sort out the exhaust pipework.

The Exhaust started life as a 4 Inch whifbitz but unfortunatley it didnt fit with the walton motorsport manifold, so the decision was made to modify the exhaust as it was mainly the downpipe that was the issue.

The whole downpipe and the start of the midpipe was cut up and re-welded. It was then wrapped in heat wrap to keep the heat at bay.

Continuing on with build.

All the underside parts were completely stripped down, blasted and powdercoated.

From here all the parts are de-masked an prepped ready for assembly.

The arms recieved the ball joint conversion which meant they can be powdercoated for extra durability and protection.
