Previously this trucks power steering pump had a dodgy hose fitting bodged with JB Weld and silicone – leaking badly and choking flow due to interference with the high-pressure lines. Scrapped that mess and had a new fitting fabricated and welded in solid. No more leaks, and full flow restored.

Custom side exhaust now fitted, built from scratch and running Black Widow mufflers for a mean sound and clean look. Big thanks to for designing and cutting custom head shield surround.

Body mounts sorted. Rusted sections cut out and replaced with fresh metal, then fitted with poly flex bushes all round for a solid, long-lasting setup. Only welding needed on the whole truck, which is spot on!

Been deep in the tuning trenches this weekend dialling in the Terminator X on my cammed 5.3/4L80E combo — and we’re finally there.

Basic tune to get the truck drivable. Spark tables, AFR, injector data, fuel pressure setup, idle control, TCC lock/unlock logic, safety trims for temps and airflow.

Configured gear-based line pressure, and added safety-based timing pulls with MAP and AFR trims. No shortcuts, just methodical setup to make it safe and sharp.

It’s all about learning, testing, and doing it properly — not just chasing numbers but building something reliable and responsive. This isn’t just “tuning,” it’s understanding the machine and what it needs to run right. The performance tuning will come down the line.

Rear chassis fully prepped, rust-free, sealed and painted for long-term protection. Rear wiring complete, and all four wheels have been ceramic coated and fitted back on. Starting to look like a truck again!

Interior wiring fully wrapped up. Headlights, reverse light switch on the Hurst shifter, and Bluetooth radio all sorted. Plus, the fuel gauge is now wired into the Holley Pro Dash for a clean and functional setup. Ready to lay down some fresh carpet.

Engine bay cleaned up and looking fresh! Added rust protection to the chassis and engine bay, plus a fresh powder coat for that extra durability. Almost to hit the road! Rear end wiring plus some power flex bushings and we’re ready for MOT

1994 Chevrolet S10 Long Bed

Freshly built 5.3L Aluminum LS Engine with machined 317 heads, BTR Stage 2 Cams and Valves/Springs all over, Holley EFI systems all over running the Terminator X Max, B&M 4180E 4 Speed Power-glide with Hughes Performance Torque Convertor.

Truck has been sat in a barn for years and needs a fair amount of work to get it back up to scratch, a lot of potential with this build with the systems already in place..
