Air suspension regulating rods failed on this E61 535d causing the air to be let out of one airbag dropping the car on that side shredding the tyre sidewall as the arch was sitting on it. The old regulating rods were bent and had snapped off not being connected to anything causing the drop. Part was replaced on both sides for peace of mind not just the broken side and new tyre fitted too! Back sitting at the right height! 🚗🛞

The FRM2 module failed on this E91 335i (pre-lci) causing all sorts of errors on the idrive with the lights even though the lights worked. It could not be reset or codes read from it as it was bricked basically. A replacement module off an E92 M3 was fitted and coded in! A fair amount of coding had to be done as the module thought it was a coupe with no wipers and frameless windows instead of the touring it was now in. Also replaced was the top strut mounting cup which had corroded on both sides with one side completely crumbling and destroying the top mount! A happy wagon back on the road!😄🚙💨

Full Service carried out on this high mileage Honda Insight with 1.3 hybrid petrol engine! This Honda was on 281k miles and still running smooth and quiet as it did when new! I use only OEM quality parts and oil or better, using high quality oil from and filters from .bilstein ! Health check carried out at the end too! 🚗🔋🛢️🛠️

Full Service carried out on this Vauxhall Corsa D 1.2 Limited Edition. Work carried out included oil, all filters (.bilstein) and full health check. Spark plugs were replaced recently on this hence weren’t done during the full service 🛢️🚗🔧

This high mileage (227k) E46 320Cd was booked in for a full service + front discs and pads and sensor as they were heavily worn. The full service consisted of: oil, all filters (oil, air, fuel, pollen + crankcase ventilation valve. Diagnostics was also carried out for the customer for pre-existing issues on the vehicle. More miles ahead for this M47 E46! .bilstein

Starter motor replacement on a BMW E61 535d with M57 engine. Car wouldn’t crank or start so starter motor replaced with .bilstein starter motor and! Whilst carrying out this job the inlet manifold gaskets were all replaced and bonnet struts replaced too as the bonnet kept dropping whilst working in the engine bay! Back to starting on the button and munching through the miles! 🚗🔧🔥

XHP Stage 3 gearbox tune applied to this Pre-LCI E60 535d! This car already had an engine tune and needed a gearbox tune to fully benefit from the increased torque from the engine tune. This engine tune raises torque limits of the gearbox allowing for more torque and makes gear changes a lot quicker in D and S modes! Customer was very pleased with how it drove afterwards following a road test!🏎️💨⚙️

Final Stage Resistor replaced on my E46 320Cd. After being sat, the battery drained and the interior blower motor was stuck on even with no keys in ignition. The fault was identified and .bilstein final stage resistor ordered and replaced with a now fully functioning interior fan/blower🚗🌬️💜
