I honestly can’t recommend Miles Better Vehicle Solutions highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been absolutely outstanding.

From my very first contact with Emma and Danielle, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They made the whole process so easy, even providing a WhatsApp number so I could quickly send over photos of the accident damage. They kept me informed throughout, helped arrange both the collection and delivery of my vehicle, and were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions.

A special thank you also to Brad, who handled the collection and return of my car. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience completely stress-free.

The communication throughout the repair process was impeccable. I received regular updates at every stage, and it was clear that the team takes real pride in their work and carries out thorough quality checks before returning the vehicle.

The repair itself is absolutely fantastic. You genuinely cannot tell that the car had ever been involved in an accident. The workmanship and attention to detail are second to none, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result.
