What a head turner. Joe is for hire for your perfect day, he’s never late and his fare is pretty reasonable! He can comfortably accommodate the princess dress of her dreams or a collection of beautiful bridesmaids. Complete with the floral trim and ribbon to complement your day. Just putting the finishing touches to this utter beauty, ready for tomorrow’s event. This chap is an apple and hazelnut cake, sprinkled with cinnamon and filled with chantilly cream and jammy toffee apple chunks. Baked apple crisps and homemade apricot jam, lovingly perched on top! Looks too good to eat eh? If it gets a thumbs up tomorrow it will be featuring on the menus for the foreseeable! (Recipe stolen from 😘).

Today’s perfect moment venue was a secret spot, nestling under the shaded fronds of a spiky palm. Vintage deckchairs invited elegant lounging, and the water tinkling through a tiny nearby stream provided the soundtrack. Hampers full of cosy cushions and soft, pure wool blankets just perfect for a lazy afternoon with the love of your life. Champagne on ice, freshly picked Victoria Plums and a sumptuous feast of pure decadence just waiting to be unwrapped....with the sun watching, high in the sky and love floating dustily through the air, the scene was set and the moment was perfect.
