🔹 Carried out Interim service, using high quality oil filter and the correct 5W-20 Ford spec oil

🔹 Replaced all 16 wheel nuts due to them swelling. This is a well known issue with all Ford vehicles using these types of wheel nuts. We identified this problem a few months ago when we replaced rear wheel bearings.

🔧 Injector replacement isn't just about the injector. There are essential parts which must be replaced with it.

🔹 New OE injector
🔹 New injector fork bolt
🔹 New updated hold down fork
🔹 New stud and Injector seal

💻 Programming of the injector carried out

👎🏻 This ain't going nowhere 😆

➖ Accelerator pedal broke off

🔹 Customer supplied second hand replacement
🔹 Removed the broken pedal
🔹 Installed the replacement unit
💻 Using advanced diagnostic equipment, calibrate the pedal range sensor and cleared all fault codes

✅ Tested operation and everything is working perfectly again 👌🏻

➖ Another garage quoted over £600 for just the part - new gear selector cable
➖ The bushing fallen out and cable detached from the selector
👎🏻 They told the customer the bushing isn't available separately and they don't feel confident replacing just that

✅ We knew this wasn't true as the bushing is sold separately
🔹 Ordered new bushing and cover directly from Ford
🔹 Arrived with all required parts and quickly fitted new bushing and cover

✅ This fixed the problem and vehicle is back on the road
💻 Cleared all faults using diagnostic tool

🚗 VW Golf with the dreaded " only leave vehicle in park Visit Workshop"

🟠 RAC attended and told the customer he needs a new park lock switch.
➖ This switch is integrated into the gear selector mechanism
🔧 But there's a way around it.

🔹 Instead of replacing the complete gear selector at around £1000 we sourced the repair kit which bolts on top of the gear selector and makes a new switch
🔹 This is a permanent repair approved and developed by VW
👌🏻 Saving around £1000 in parts and labour

✅ Job completed and vehicle is back on the road without the gearbox message on the dashboard

🚗 Ford Mondeo ➖ poor running, will die when idling, Engine light on

➖ Another garage had a go at repairs and replaced MAF sensor, this didn't solve the problem.
❌ They have up and told the customer to seek help elsewhere

💻 Quick diagnosis, live data check and smoke test found the exact location of the problem

💨 Intercooler split open, separated on one side.
🔹 Right knowledge and experience makes diagnosing vehicles easy and precise

👍🏻 New intercooler ordered and repairs due soon
