🔸 Will start but dies immediately

💻 Full diagnostic assessment was carried out
The range of live data and Security system was inspected closely
✅ We've determined the PATS security system / Immobilise is being activated
✅ Further investigation found an issue with the key

🔑 Key is not being recognised and won't allow car to start.
❌ A faulty spare key
The main key was misplaced

We referred the customer to an auto locksmith for a new key cutting and programming

🚨The alarm keeps going off after battery replacement and can't be turned off! 🔊
🧐 Interesting case this afternoon.
Following the battery reconnection the siren and horn would constantly sound even with the ignition ON !
IT TURNED OUT the vehicle forgot the keys and wouldn't "unlock" to stop the alarm.
🔑 Key re- initialisation was performed and both keys were synced to the vehicle restoring functionality and operation 👍🏻
