Its been another busy few weeks here, there have been alot of people trying to do the job themselves.....which is fine however, when it goes wrong we get the call to pick up the peices. So far we've managed to get the jobs done from snapped drills to glow plugs drilled off centre.

It's been a busy May so far. We've had an old Talbot Camper that we had to remove the head to extract the glow plugs using the milling machine. Plenty of glow plugs, broken bolts and injectors extracted on site, Mercedes v6 oil cooler seals along with everything else in the garage ranging from services and turbos to gearboxes.

We've had a busy Feb and start to March, covered a few thousands miles all over the country. Plenty of injectors and glow plugs have been extracted, some thread repairs and broken bolts. The workshop has been very busy with lots of mechanical jobs on, going from timing chains to clutches and getting roped in to fix trucks.

We've also had the EDM machine on site for a trial on removing some bolts for a local factory, this roller was out the machine to prove if it would work. And then we will need to make a jig to do it in situe.

We've had a busy January. We have came across a few jobs where people have attempted to remove the broken glow plugs themselves, with Allen keys, stud extractors, torx bits and a self tapper broken in it, which makes the job more challenging.
