Southdown Preservation Group Welcome to SDPG. Our aspiration at Southdown Preservation Society is to restore and refurbish our Alexander Dash, Dennis Dart.

Over the upcoming months we plan to conduct a repaint of the exterior and return 32524 back into Sussex Bus Livery. We hope to carry out full refurbishment of our interior including a deep clean on the seats, floor and walls. We have qualified engineers to conduct a full service on our engine which will include a replacing all all the lubricants and fluids which keep our Cummins engine running smo

othly. We hope to have fully restored Alexander Dash returned back to service condition to take to rallies, events and private hire across the South.

An impromptu outing yesterday saw us travel over to Aldershot prior to the upcoming redevelopment works to the bus station and town centre.

33306 was a regular visitor to Aldershot during its Fleet Buzz career, typically seen on the 72 service.
