That's another pre-Dragstalgia job crossed off the list! I had the man Melliard splash some paint on the spill plates of the wing yesterday. Now the car has stack injection, the race number on the airbox is kinda redundant! 😂

Rough Diamond is entered into Dragstalgia!
Our acceptance into the Custom Car Invitational element of the event has swung the pendulum from 'Let's think about going' to 'We better make an effort now!'
There's a handful of jobs to carry out before the car is properly race ready, but the biggest hurdle to overcome is how we're going to get the car there!

It was a fantastic weekend for TMC equipped racers - internationally!
Here in the UK Mick Taylor equipped his 'Banshee' Fordson van with the new TMC/RDR decals and promptly won Outlaw Anglia at Santa Pod!
Meanwhile in the USA, Tripp McCarty won in two classes in one day in his S10 in Montgomery Alabama, and Glenn Newmanns won in SP with his S10 at Gainsville!
Meanwhile at Bradenton, Mark Mullins & Paul Rebis Sr took runner up Saturday & Sunday in the super pro $10K!

The image is a still taken from a video filmed by Tony Morris at Santa Pod four years ago today, and clearly shows what must have been an excellent light. Wheels in the air, tyres just cracked, bars on the deck, and the ambers on!

We're happy to say that Dave will be attending the VW Breakout event at Santa Pod this Saturday. As well as hoping to catch up with our new friends in Outlaw Anglia, Dave will have a bunch of Holley service parts with him, so if anyone needs anything, call or send Dave a message via Facebook and he'll do his best to help. 😁

Here at TMC and RDR, we're pleased to announce a bit of sponsorship for the Outlaw Anglia class! 😁
There will be two new end of season awards. £150 and the 'TMC Tight End Trophy' will be presented to the LOSER of the closest win margin race, and the 'TMC Grand Job Trophy' along with £50 will go to the racer who in the view of the committee has exceeded a personal goal and/or achieved the most with the least.
It's our hope that any OA racer will be in with a chance of winning one of these awards, regardless of budget or performance.
In addition, TMC at Rough Diamond Racing will offer a 10% discount on parts and labour for work pertaining to current OA cars, and cars in build.
The trophies have yet to be commissioned, and will be revealed at a later date.
We would like to thank OA racer and TMC customer Mick Taylor for his help in bringing this association together, and we wish every Outlaw Anglia racer a safe, fast, and successful season!
