Today’s air conditioning jobs included:

We also had a 2013 Mini in, but unfortunately it failed the pressure test, which identified a leak. The vehicle now requires a new air conditioning condenser (radiator).

We don’t just carry out air conditioning regas services we also diagnose faults and repair air conditioning systems.

If your vehicle fails the initial pressure test, you’ll only pay a small inspection fee, and we’ll do our best to identify the cause of the leak and advise on the required repair.

🔧 2017 SsangYong Turismo 2.2 Diesel 🚐

This vehicle came to us with a starting issue. After carrying out further diagnostics, we performed an injector leak-off test and found 3 out of the 4 injectors were leaking back excessively.

We advised the customer that replacing all 4 injectors would be the best option, as there’s little benefit in replacing only some and leaving a potential future issue behind.

The customer supplied reconditioned injectors, which we fitted and programmed correctly to the vehicle.

✅ Problem resolved

🚐 2019 Citroën SpaceTourer 1.5 Diesel 🔧

This vehicle came into us today for an air conditioning regas, and the customer also chose to have a performance and economy tune carried out to improve MPG, throttle response and overall drivability. 💪

The vehicle had previously been tuned, but after a Citroën recall visit, the ECU had been reset back to factory settings.

When attempting to carry out the remap via OBD, we found the ECU had a security lock in place. This required us to safely unlock the ECU via bench programming, allowing us to successfully complete the tune.
