AUDI RS5

This Audi RS5 had some common issues with clutch temperature errors and warnings on the dash, something very common we see on the DL501.

We can rebuild these units in house with the latest parts and revised loom along with the correct software updates 👍

Audi RS5 in for DRC health check and service using the latest VAG DRC tooling & oil.

We use official main dealership software to confirm correct testing/final pressure setting per vehicle VIN, meaning these are set at the correct pressure, we do see a lot of RS models with the final pressure settings incorrectly.

This Audi RS4 was in for our walnut and fuel injector service 💪

The intake valves on these CFSA engines overtime will restrict airflow due to carbon build up. These are fully cleaned along with the divider plates to help restore factory power.

In some cases the breather system can also fail causing excessive build-up.

The fuel injectors are fully bench tested in house, ultrasonic cleaned with new seal kits and upgraded filter buckets, this is another process overlooked as blocked fuel injector filters & tips can have an impact on performance.

New spark plugs fitted as these were due, we also update the service history with Audi DSB 😎
