1️⃣ Upgrade to VBT brake discs with DS2500 pads ✅️

2️⃣ Vehicle oil inspection service ✅️

3️⃣ Gearbox oil and filter service ✅️

AUDI RS6

This RS6 was recovered to our workshop with very poor running conditions.

Further diagnostic checks showed we had a common timing chain issue but we also had 2 cylinders that failed a leak down test due to a failed headgasket.

1️⃣ Replacement of both headgaskets with cylinder head rebuild ✅️

2️⃣ Replacement of failed/dumping fuel injectors ✅️

3️⃣ Full timing chain replacement ✅️

4️⃣ Waterpump replacment ✅️

5️⃣ Gearbox service ✅️

6️⃣ Oil separator Replacement ✅️

7️⃣ PCV Replacement ✅️

A few other service items and parts Replacement along the way on this big job.

AUDI RS6

4️⃣ Replacement of both (PCV) oil separator units ✅️

5️⃣ Oil inspection service with genuine parts, Service history updated with Audi DSB with print out ✅️

6️⃣ Stage 1 on our AWD dyno with printout ✅️
