Operation Fabia Resurrection stage 1 almost complete.....

The interior still needs some deep cleaning (headliner, plastics, controls etc) but it's already a much nicer place to be.

Facebook people voted to keep it as the new JD mobile, TikTok said 'flog it'. Still undecided but either way this interior needed an overhaul.

What do you reckon? The Skoda is the better car but the little Pug is already on the road. Either way this one needs a full-on deep clean - that's today's job.

💚 Epic 13 hour Ceramic Detail carried out on this green menie Skoda VRS 💚

Although our client only collected the vehicle a month ago from the Dealership, it was well in need of the full JD shakedown having dull paintwork, filthy areas like the petrol flap and engine bay, plus it smelt like a cheeseburger inside!

No sweat, the car was intensively cleaned from top to bottom, machine polished and finally protected with our preferred set of Ceramic Paint Coatings; Gtechniq Crystal Serum + EXO V5.

Customer was absolutely over the moon with the results and rolled on to our regular maintainance schedule.

For this type of work, there's nowhere else in Rossendale that will deliver this value or quality.

Some specific areas of attention for our regular customer this time round.

Over the years, the chrome trim on this Volvo XC90 had sustained chemical damage (assumed from strong chemicals drying in the sun). All the chrome work was hand polished to remove the staining and leave a nice, satin, factory finish before being waxed to protect from further chemical/UV damage.

Our custiner also requested his seats were "cleaned and fed". This is important to help avoid leather and vinyl from drying out and cracking over time. For this, we use a combination of products from both Clyde's and The Leather Repair Company. Both are not the cheapest but are highly recommend to maintain and/or repair your leather.

Regular Maintainance Valet also carried out and as always the customer was over the moon, even giving a £20 tip!!

This charming little fella will be on display at the Hebden Bridge Vintage Weekend together with loads of other vintage, classic and supercars. There's live music and food etc and is always a good day out.

What a birthday treat this was; a truly charming to meander around for the day!

The owner wanted it looking tip-top ahead of his final classic car show at the weekend before listing the car for sale. Some aspects were pretty pain staking and you have to have a serious amount of patience.

When one of these cars come up in conversation, there always seems to be a story about the old sports cars.... A friend said he went on holiday in one once laid across the "back seats" 😅 Happy days.
