Today's mission (I chose to accept it) was to replace this worn out clutch, as you can see the hydraulic slave cylinder had failed and contaminated the friction material, all new oem clutch fitted, also an engine service to keep it running sweet 😎👍

as well as working on Roger Ho**er Blackburn's tuk tuk i have also had a look at my rear brake on cruella (my deauville) as there has been an occasional squeak, turns out my 2 pot caliper was only using one, pistons free and cleaned up, braking back to how it should be :)

Clutch job on this today, just waiting for the new/refurbished one to come back

Well this week I have sold one of my project bikes and got 2 more into the workshop ready to get fettled up and sold, need to make space around here, got a trike to re commission

customer brought me 3 calipers with broken bleed ni***es for me to try to make them serviceable again, 2 of the calipers...

customer brought me 3 calipers with broken bleed ni***es for me to try to make them serviceable again, 2 of the calipers had already had an attempt at having the ni***es removed using extractors, i used my tried and trusted welder method and removed the broken extractors and the ni***es, 3 calipers now ready for customer to finish off and re-fit

well today i have collected and organised for 2 bikes to have there m.o.t. tests, both passed after some minor fettling of switches with one having advisory notice on tyres, thanks to Todmorden MOT Centre for fitting me in at short notice on these :)

things have been a bit slow in the workshop recently, got project cruella deauville completed and on the road, my 650 dragstar has leaking fork seals and a slipping clutch so that is off the road for a while, i have the cb250 on the ramp (keep doing little bits on that, and i have had a move around in the yard and can now get to the old xtz750 rat bike,, but funding is low at the moment as we need to have our chimney repaired and all spare cash is going to pay for that at the moment,,, things will get going soon enough though :)

Things have been quiet here recently, i have been working 3 days a week at a local garage and not had much in the worksh...

been a bit quiet at J.C.B.M.R headquarters recently, but things will start moving on cruella and the cb250rs projects soon, just been earning at my part time job to raise funds to continue,,,
