Last weeks work finished up, full chassis clean down, sand back and recoat, inner cavities sprayed and all the places that never got painted from factory, little bit of welding to be done and this one is sealed and sound for the winter ahead and UK roads for the foreseeable future atleast, very nice clean example, don't see many of these classic editions on the road if at all so this is a rare mazda indeed

Not having to do certain areas like the subframe and arms I was able to concentrate on other areas which was a bonus and there was little to no debris come out of this one where as usually I'll have a full bucket of flake and rusty bits coming off it.

Suzuki jimny in this week for underside protection
A lot of debris and crud stuck on this one nice pile in the bucket,☺️
New glass fibre chassis paint been used and it works a treat, does take time brushing it on been on with a 4 product attack with this one including inner cavities,
Takes a lot of prep time but we'll worth it, wheels back on tomorrow and touch up any areas and she be solid to go back to its owner 🙂

First time underside clean down, strip and prime, paint and underseal weekend job a bit ago l, cavities and arches all debris removed and air line cleaned, drain holes etc
Upol and bilt hamber products as per 🤘😊👌

Some I've found on my phone from a bit back for
Argentina Penwith before we dueced her up, arch liners off, wired back to metal and cleaned through and through then application of bilt hamber and upol products as standard.

Took any old underseal off front wings this weekend, still in amazing condition underneath, full clean down with wire wheel and prime, paint, underseal and a little lick of zebra to boot! 😜 Rears tomorrow and a little bit of cavity spraying too next time I touch this I hope to be doing full subframe and arm upgrade after I've cleaned and painted up the mk2 subframes
