This is the all new Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition!•

•As this beast is based on the Vantage Formula 1 Safety Car which lives 100% of its life on track chasing and leading what some argue to be the fastest track cars on the planet, you could suspect that the Vantage F1 Edition would have some of that track focused DNA. Well it does, and it’s exactly why Aston Martin call it the most track focused production Vantage to date! It’s been a new exciting era for Aston Martin as they seem to be diving much more into the performance side of things, diverting from only producing luxury supercars. Honestly, I think they are doing a pretty good job right now and I’m excited for the future!•

SPECS:

•The car is still fitted with the same 4 L Twin Turbo V8 but it now has an extra 24 HP to play with, maxing out at 528 HP. 0 to 60 mph is done in 3.5 seconds for the coupe and 3.6 seconds for the roadster version. Top speed is 195 mph in the coupe and 190 mph in the roadster. The transmission is a ZF 8 speed automatic. For the suspension the Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition is fitted with a front independent double wishbone setup, coil springs, an anti-rollbar, and adaptive damping. As far as the brakes it’s equipped with two piece cast iron brake disks which are 400 mm in the front and 360 mm, in diameter, in the back. It’s also fitted with a plethora of systems to assist the driver like positive torque control and dynamic torque vectoring. From the sounds of it this truly is the most track focused Vantage ever! What a machine!•

The new 992 GT three is nothing other than pure excellence!•

•As i’ve shown my obsession for the new 992 GT3 over my past couple of posts, I decided to go on the online configurator and spec out how I would take my 992 GT3. Even though the GT3 and the GT3 RS maybe known for their vibrant colors, I decided to go with a more elegant and subtle dark blue paint called Gentain Blue Metallic. I added the Side model logo in Aurum, a goldish color, which worked as an amazing contrast against the dark blue to spice up the car. I also added the Motorsports decorative sticker in Aurum. I also decided two spec the wheels in that same color which I believe brings ties the whole look together. Some other options include a carbon roof, Full bucket seats, six point race harness, and to top it off, a six speed manual transmission.

SPECS:

•The new 992 GT three is fitted with an 4.0 liter naturally aspirated flat six that makes 502 hp. Seven speed PDK gearbox comes standard but a six speed manual transmission is an option, and we all know it’s the right one. The interior has been upgraded and it looks absolutely marvelous as does the beautiful exterior design. This also is the first GT3 to be fitted with front double wishbone suspension. All the performance upgrades equivalent to a car that’s 13 seconds faster around the Nürburgring than the previous generation GT3! What a machine!•

This is the BMW M5 CS. It is the most hardcore saloon BMW has ever made•

Following the likes of the BMW M3 CS, M4 CS, and the M2 CS, the M5 is now more sportier, luxurious, and exclusive with the CS model. The M5 CS has set a new standard for high performance vehicles which can be enjoyed by four people. This extraordinary machine packs a 4.4 L V8 engine with 635 HP making in the BMW M5 CS the most powerful car in the history of BMW M. All that power is sent to all four wheels through BMWs M xDrive all wheel drive system.
Although the M5 CS is capable of a 2 Wheel drive mode which powers the rear wheels, when the driver wants to have some fun and sling the back of the car around. Because the CS model is all about making the car perform at a higher level, BMW applied a rigorous lightweight design which allowed them to save around 70 kg over the BMW M5 competition. Truly amazing! It’ll do the 0 to 60 MPH sprint in 3.0 seconds flat, and 0 to 124 MPH in a extremely fast 10.3 seconds. The interior is decked out with an M Alcântara steering wheel with a carbon fiber trim, and M carbon seats which feature an outline display of the legendary Nürburgring circuit on the headrest. As standard M5 CS includes a stainless steel sports exhaust system and M carbon ceramic brakes. The market launch of the new BMW M5CS is set for spring 2021 and it will be priced at around US$220,000. What a machine!•

Have you ever wondered what a 1967 Shelby Mustang GT500 would look like with Modern technology?•

•Well this is your answer. The gorgeous Shelby GT500CR! Shelby licensed manufacturer, Classic Recreations, developed jointly with SpeedKore, are the people behind this marvelous restoration. Although, the shapes of this stang stay very true to the original 1967 Shelby GT500, it’s packed with a boatload of modern technology. For the example, that 5.2 liter V8 engine now produces an insane 810 HP thanks to the 2.9 liter Whipple supercharger. Yeah, this thing will roast the massive rear tires within seconds! All that power is either handled through a 10 speed automatic transmission which is connected to the driver via paddle shifters behind the steering wheel, or a Tremec 6 speed manual gearbox. As you may see from the pictures, the whole car has been fitted with carbon fiber body panels all around. Amazing this has dropped the cars weight a ridiculous 600 LBS or about 272 KG. Classic Recreations states, that the weight drop and massive increase in power give the GT500CR a power to weight ratio similar to a supercar, and I believe it! Brakes are supplied by Wilwood, and the car features adjustable suspension. The interior features touch screen display which has a full built in navigation system, a new sound system, and a OBDII port to monitor all the cars systems. In total this desirable recreation will cost you $298,000, and takes anywhere between 12 to 18 months to built. Although your ideas on restoring vehicles and infusing the with modern technology maybe be subjective, one this is for sure, this 810 HP Mustang would definitely a lot to handle when you put your foot down! What a machine!•

This is the Porsche 911 RUF CTR Anniversary•

•As you guys may have realized by now, I may have a thing for old modified Porsche 911’s. There’s a reason, and Chris Harris has said it himself; the Porsche 911 is just the perfect base for such modification activities. I mean it’s true, old Porsche’s might be the most modified sports car out there if you exclude JDM cars. Anyways, today we are talking about the 710 HP 2017 RUF CTR Anniversary. This mesmerizing beast actually pays homage to the 1987 CTR “Yellow Bird”, but only through looks, because underneath this new CTR is just ballistic. It is actually the first car engineered and designed by RUF themselves. The chassis is completely based on the firms own design, but has an exterior body that pays tribute to the 1987 CTR “Yellow Bird”. It features a full carbon fiber monocoque, which again has been designed by RUF, a 710 HP 3.6 liter twin turbo water cooled flat six, 649 lb-ft of torque, and a 6 speed manual gearbox! All the weight savings help the RUF CTR achieve a impressive weight of just 1200 KG. For comparison a 2020 911 Carrera 4S weighs 1,582 KG, almost 400 more KG. Although the power is sent through a manual gearbox and to the rear wheels, the CTR is still capable of hitting 60 MPH from a standstill in less than 3.5 seconds! Astonishing! That pace is kept as it only takes about another 5 seconds to reach 125 MPH. Yes, it’s safe to say this thing is quick! The most impressive feature of the RUF CTR is its top speed of 225 MPH! What a bullet! All in all, it looks beautiful just like all 911’s, but definitely packs a little more punch than your standard one! Well done RUF and what a machine!•
