Steamer Quay slipway Totnes
Another one of the town’s assets about to be closed due to poor/no maintenance. Already the walk on pontoons have been sealed off to the public and now a big hole right in the middle of the slipway!
My question to the council is, who have so far not responded, is what is happening? I know there is little money to go around but a little maintenance goes a long way and ultimately saves a fortune 🤔
Update from Councillor Birch, Hopefully repairs will be undertaken next week on the slipway. (Thank you Councillor Birch) hopefully we will get an update on the pontoon very soon.
