Been a little quite recently as I’ve been working on supporting Syvecs, but good news is boys and girls we are nearly there. Keep an eye out over the coming weeks for the finished product. Until then however just enjoy this little gem.

Great news everyone. While I was in hospital a couple weeks ago I was able to get a prescription written for all you lucky lot 🤒. Please pay attention to the side effects listed below;
Upon installation, saying the term “s**t balls, that’s cool” is highly likely. May inspire driving confidence when driving like your name is Seb Ogier. Some users may experience the need to say “look at how awesome this is!” To any bu**er who will listen. Gives your GR Yaris more of that rally car feeling resulting in smiling like a lunatic almost every minute you are in the car. Please not this is not an exhaustive list and other awesomeness may occur.

Unfortunately pensioners don’t get this prescription for free, and it might be a tad more that you paid for you last ointment.

A call to 111 to ask for advice as I was struggling to breath turned into a ride into A&E on oxygen. A bit of a boring day in the hospital bed on the oxygen, but no major ailments to report. Thanks to anyone who has messaged for patience while I get back to you. I think I have got back to everyone but sorry if I have forgotten you. Just message me again as I’m fine and breathing properly now and just bored 😴

GR Dash? what can it do?
The kit will offer you a very neat and OEM looking way of monitoring a number of engine parameters and also offer a huge multimedia system upgrade as well. Just take a look below at everything you can do;
The GR Dash screen has 3 pages showing the following information;
- Oil Pressure *
- Oil Temperature *
- Coolant Temperature *
- Engine Revs
- Calculated Gear Indicator
- AFR
- Throttle Position
- Intake Air Temperature *
- Boost *
- Rear Differential CouplingTemperature*
- Shift Light
All of the above are displayed on pages 1 and 2. Page 2 also shows the peak value in the last two hours or since engine start whichever is more recent of the parameters with an *.
Page 3 is for a bit of fun with the ability to track;
- 0-62 mph time, 100-200 kph time, 60ft time (all of which automatically start and stop)
- Calculated acceleration and braking G force
- Manual Lap timer
The Multimedia upgrades you get with the kit are;
- wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto and all the great features that offers (you can play music in the background then while you have the GR Dash gauges on display)
- If you provide the android box that comes as part of the kit an internet source such as WiFi or mobile hotspot from your phone you can then browse the web, watch Netflix, Disney plus etc and download almost any app from the Google play store. So you could then add OBD reader apps to view and clear trouble codes. There are almost limitless possibilities to what you can do. Just find the app you want of the Play Store and start having fun.
