A throwback to this absolute monster of a V6 we built to compete in sprints and hillclimbs. Cosworth 24v V6. Ceramic coated forged pistons, rods, valve train, clutch and flywheel were just a few of the custom components manufactured to build this engine up. And then a couple of turbos strapped on for good measure. It's a monster!

Two more Lotus Twincam heads overhauled recently for a local restoration company. New cam follower sleeves, seats and guides fitted and machined, and assembled with all new components 😍

A very successful RAC Rally of the Tests this year. We had the fastest Lotus Cortina finishing 2nd overall, and fastest Volvo PV finishing 1st in class and 4th overall!

An unusual one in the workshop recently, a Volvo PV544! A lot of work went in to this to suit the customers requirements for his rally car.
Serious power and torque all the way through the rev range 😀
