Just finished running a full scan and here’s exactly what the data tells us:

This is only a piece of the chart and the issue is obviously showing strong 🤦🏻‍♂️

✅ Intake Manifold Pressure: 5.4–6.45 PSI → Normal idle vacuum – confirms NO air leaks or intake gasket issues
❌ Long Term Fuel Trim: Locked at +99.219% → Maximum lean limit reached
❌ Short Term Fuel Trim: It was jumping from 0% up to +76% / down to -100% → ECU is struggling to compensate for lack of fuel
🌡️ Engine Temp: 167–170°F (75–77°C) → Fully warmed up, readings are accurate
⚠️ Fault Code P2191: Confirms system running too lean under load

Anyone guess what the issue was ? 👇🏻

🔧 INJECTOR CODING — WHAT IT IS & WHY YOUR CAR NEEDS IT

Ever had new injectors fitted but still get rough idle, poor fuel economy, smoke, or a lack of power? 🤔

That’s almost always because injector coding hasn’t been done — and it’s just as important as fitting the parts themselves.

✅ What is it?
Every diesel injector has a unique 16‑digit calibration code. This tells the ECU exactly how much fuel to spray and when, matching that specific injector’s flow rate.

✅ When do you need it?
• After fitting new or reconditioned injectors
• After cleaning/testing and refitting injectors
• If you’ve had an ECU reset or replacement
• To fix: rough running, hard starting, black/white smoke, lumpy idle, or high fuel bills

✅ What I do:
• Read the existing codes
• Program the new injector codes into the ECU
• Reset adaptations
• Check live data to confirm everything is running perfectly
