🔧 Important Policy Update for Our Customers 🔧
Here at G-Force Automotive, we always want to do right by you. We know that times are tough financially, and we’ve previously agreed to fit second-hand or customer-sourced eBay parts to help keep your repair costs down.
However, following a recent incident, we have had to re-evaluate this policy for the safety of your vehicle, our mechanics,the quality of our work, and our good name which we have worked so hard to gain.
Going forward, we will only be fitting brand-new parts.
If you still wish to source your own new parts for a repair, please note the following updated terms:
• Part Accuracy: You are fully responsible for ensuring the parts supplied are correct for your vehicle.
• Labor & Downtime: If the parts you provide are incorrect, faulty, or do not fit, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the labor time spent, as well as any vehicle downtime on our ramps while we wait for correct parts.
Our priority has always been, and will always be, delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality repairs that we can stand behind. Using brand-new, trusted parts allows us to guarantee the standard of work you expect from us.
