A fantastic achievement for Sapphire! 🏆
We're delighted to share that Sapphire has successfully completed our Achilles B2 UVDB Audit, achieving 100% across all four sections and an overall audit score of 100%. 🎉
This is an outstanding result and a true reflection of the high standards, commitment and hard work demonstrated by our Health, Safety and Compliance teams and colleagues across the business every day.
Our Head of Compliance, Ben Cotton had the privilege of leading SVS through the audit, but achieving a result like this is very much a team effort. A special thank you to Sarah Bailey and Megan Stubbs, our Compliance Administrators, and Nick Fryatt, our Training Manager, for their dedication, attention to detail and invaluable support throughout the preparation and audit process.
We'd also like to thank the wider SVS team. An audit of this nature isn’t simply about preparing in the weeks beforehand; it’s about demonstrating that our systems, processes and standards are genuinely embedded and consistently followed throughout the business.
Achieving 100% in every section is something we should all be incredibly proud of. It demonstrates the progress we’ve made and, most importantly, the commitment of our people to doing things properly and maintaining the high standards we expect at Sapphire.
