We gained access, supplied and programmed a key when Renault had advised that it would require a new BCM and 2 keys. One very grateful customer with a working van. F82 BMW M4 - the DCT transmission had been replaced with a second hand unit and we were asked to program the new gearbox. The old TCU was cloned with .center FLEX and then adapted and calibrated with ISTA. This meant the owner could retain his GTS gearbox map and the car operates as it should again! A different one to finish the week! This large Volvo excavator would not start and displayed an immobiliser fault on the screen. After some investigation we found the rear of the main fuse board to be heavily corroded and burnt through trace for the ECU supply pin. Unfortunately being a multi layer PCB it requires a new fuse board!

Pictured below is an FRM which is essentially the body control module, upon inspection liquid ingress and corrosion was found to have eaten away at several components and traces. The data was then extracted on the bench and a new module ordered!
