🔧 MK2 AUDI TT – ENGINE REPLACEMENT & PROPERLY PUT RIGHT

This Mk2 TT came into CMD requiring an engine replacement.

Once we got into the job, we found a few previous issues that needed sorting properly before the replacement engine went back in — including aftermarket split N75 lines and snapped downpipe studs.

Rather than refitting it as it was, we corrected everything properly:

✅ Replacement engine fitted
✅ Broken downpipe stud replaced
✅ Brand new genuine N75 valve
✅ New genuine N75 lines
✅ Genuine clips throughout
✅ Genuine parts used during engine refit
✅ Fresh oil & filter service once fitted
✅ Final checks completed

The car is now back together, running exactly as it should and ready to go back to the customer. 👌

This is why parts choice matters. 👀

Edition 30 in with a heavy cam chain rattle.

Previous aftermarket chain and tensioner.
Old Variator bolt reused.
Bolt head rounded.

We stripped it, corrected it properly and fitted genuine components with a new variator bolt.

The result? Quiet, smooth and back how it should be. ✅

No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just proper EA113 repair work.

Another Edition 30 back to how it should be 🔧

This Golf Edition 30 came into CMD with a seriously noisy cam chain rattling away from the top of the engine.

Once stripped down, we found a previously fitted aftermarket cam chain and tensioner kit — along with the original bolt having been reused and now badly rounded.

So we put it right properly. ✅

🔧 Genuine cam chain & tensioner fitted
🔩 New replacement bolt fitted — as it should be every time
✅ Timing checked
✅ Rattle completely gone

When it comes to the EA113, we see far too many problems caused by cheaper aftermarket timing components and previously reused hardware.

Do it once. Do it properly.

Downswept tip the world! 🌍🔥

This Audi S3 8P came into CMD for a custom back-box delete, finished off with a fabricated downswept lobster-back exhaust tip.

Built, cut and fabricated in-house for something a little different from the usual setup. 👨‍🏭🔧
