Vauxhall Mokka in this morning for a full service.

This customer called me before the visit to say that they have locked there keys in the vehicle while the car was running.

I arrived to carry out the service and found that the customer was still locked out of there vehicle because they could not find there spare.

The key they were using was past its best and the buttons had stopped working too.

We managed to get the door open and get the vehicle serviced, I also called out a lock smith to code the customer a new key today too.

During the replacement of the pollen filter we found thag the old pollen filter was growing its own bacteria and was becoming fluffy.

Starter motor replacement job on this 2019 renault master this week.

Customer got stranded in stonehaven this week after just finishing work. Typical this to happen at a good time.

After a few tests we found the starter was dead.
5 people and a bump start down the road to get this customer home to get a new starter motor fitted Next day to get the customer on the road again.

Volvo Xc90 D50 in today for a fixed flanged tow bar with 13 pin dedicated wiring.

This was carried out at the customers address in Aboyne.

After fitting we test to make sure everything is working correctly and run our customers through any special things that mmneed to be done when the trailer is on ie how to turn off the rear parking sensors and show them all the electrics working as they should with our trailer electrics tester.

Mercedes Sprinter in this week for an active brake assist fault, this customer hit some snow in the winter and knocked the front radar, after adjusting the front radar and carrying out a road test reset of this radar the van was back up and running with no lights on the dash and everything g back working as it should.
