I can’t quite believe it’s August already — where does the time go? This year really does seem to be flying by!
I thought I’d record a short update to let you know what’s been happening at Specialist Cars and Harris Motor Company. And yes, I did say short… I’ve listened to your feedback after my last video! 😂
In this video I’ve given you a quick look around Specialist Cars — the showroom and forecourt — and Harris Motor Company, including reception, the customer waiting area and both workshops.
There’s a reason for this. Over the years we’ve had customers buy cars from us remotely without ever visiting our premises, and we also collect and return cars for some of our Harris Motor Company customers who have never actually been to the workshops.
So I thought it was about time I showed you who we are, where we are and how we operate — a little behind-the-scenes look at both businesses.
At Specialist Cars, sales are ticking over and rather than go into all the reasons why, I’m concentrating on the important bit — we’ve got lots of great cars for sale, all prepared and ready to drive away. If you’re thinking of changing your car, give me a call and I’ll be happy to help.
Over at Harris Motor Company, the workshops are keeping us very busy, so if your car is due a service, repair, MOT, tyres or anything else, please don’t leave it until the last minute. Get booked in and we’ll do our best to look after you.
I also mention something important for anyone with a 73-plate car. Your first MOT will be due from 1st September onwards. It’s easily forgotten, particularly as you don’t always receive a reminder, so it’s worth checking your MOT date now.
There’s also a scam I mention in the video which is worth being aware of — hopefully a few minutes watching could save you a lot of hassle.
And, as always, if you need any help with buying a car, selling your car, servicing, repairs, tyres or MOTs, just give me a call.
