Jacks insignia in this evening for a boost pipe. This consisted of a "me cars fu*ked and I need to drive it to Leeds and back everyday" phone call at half 3. 5pm came around the duct tape repair (the please get me home) is gone and a new boost pipe supplied and fitted. A few other issues where highlighted whilst the vehicle was on the ramp to be rectified at a later date, but for now we'll consider it sorted

A Vauxhall astra in this evening for tyre issues, the nsr going down all the time, a leaking valve due to a build up of corrosion. New valve fitted and tpms sensor swapped over and the osf tyre wearing on the inner edge. New tyre fitted and wheel allignment carried out.

A little appreciation post. Id had abit of a nightmare with a parts delivery tuesday. So work was delayed and couldn't be done till wednesday and naturally there was work in the diary for wednesday also. This ment it was going to be a late one, and it was. Luckily for me my wife's an absolute angel and supports everything I do. So at 7 o clock Jode turns up at the garage with some tea and the kids. Doing what I do takes a toll working full time and then working after work and none of it would be possible without the support of my wife and kids ❤️

A late one tonight doing a timing belt on this Mk6 golf. Timing belt annd water pump supplied and fitted. All bolts tourqued to factory specification and paint marked. Ready for the customer to collect tomorrow morning. All completed on an evening meaning the cutomer has his vehicle back for his commute to work

A very clean F30 330d in this evening for an interim service. The owner takes extremely good care of this vehicle regardless of cost. Covering just 2900 miles since its last major service this time last year, its a 2015 vehicle with just 60,000 miles on the odometer but it gets serviced every year. None of this bmw longlife nonsense. Regular oil and filter changes are the cheapest insurance for your engine reducing the likelihood of major mechanical failures and the bills that come with them. Oil and filter changed, Lights and levels checked, service items reset within the i drive and service recorded onto the i drive.
