Nice idea for a spacer by that replaces the aluminium part on dropout to fit the dummy axle on the LCFF. Removes any issues with heat whilst brazing.

First time using brass to make some spacers, happy with the end result. Need to sort a DRO in the future.

Local classic bike show today, so many nice bikes. But this Norton stood out, so lovely. Normally more of an 80's Japanese 2 stroke fan boy but I am getting old.

Just been lent a TIG on a permanent basis. So that's the next five years of my life sorted, learning to use it 😂

It will be a nice skill to use, but the plan is still to gas braze frames, though I do want to build myself a stainless gravel bike 🤔

Finally! After 9 months trying to sort the specialist tools to finish the frames, they are here. Peter from Ceeway has come up with the goods.

Now I can finally start production, just need to learn how to braze again. 🤯

Full sus Enduro currently being designed and a nice 130mm trail bike for the local trails.

I may actually have some progress to post soon!!

Sorry I have been hiding on another project. Time passes too fast.
