🚨 FORD FIESTA ZETEC MISFIRE MYSTERY SOLVED! 🚨
Spoiler: It wasn't the spark plugs...

🔧 THE SYMPTOMS:
Customer had already replaced spark plugs and leads but the misfires continued. Something else was very wrong.

🕵️ OUR DIAGNOSIS:
We found the real culprit: CORE PLUG FAILURE!
The faulty core plugs had allowed coolant to flood the spark plug chambers, causing the persistent misfire and potential for major engine damage.

✅ OUR SOLUTION:
Removed and replaced all faulty core plugs with a new plugs.
New rocker cover gasket to ensure a perfect seal. (Someone had used silicone previously!)
New spark plugs (because the old ones were ruined by coolant).
Full clean and dry of the affected areas.

Car is now running perfectly back to normal! 🎉

This is a VERY COMMON FAILURE on these engines!

This is why you NEVER ignore a cambelt based on mileage alone...

🚗 THE CAR: Ford Focus Zetec, 95k miles.
🔍 THE FIND: No service history for the cambelt. When we inspected it, we discovered the belt was the ORIGINAL FACTORY PART – 15 YEARS OLD!
