Renault 155.54
Came in to remedy some repairs done by a previous owner.
~Wheels blasted and painted and fitted with 650 and 540 Bridgestones
~All the orange plastics needed some attention in one way or another before being painted
~steps and battery box blasted and painted with a new toolbox made for the near side
-new panels made for the front of the chassis
~weights and carrier blasted and painted
~grills and pre cleaner blasted and painted
~genuine rear fender extensions

One of the rarest 6cyl 40 series being 2wd and a blue roof Ford.
All the panels removed, blasted and painted
Roof and panels removed and painted.
New battery tray made, Steps grills blasted and painted
Wheels stripped,blasted and painted
New sunroof hinges made
Various rear linkage parts removed blasted and painted
All bolts/ pins re plated
New lights all round

Made the most of the brief sunshine to get this one out for some photos before it heads back to Scotland.
Massey 390
Full strip down, quite a lot of rust and rot in a lot of places.
Cab removed and repaired
Doors rebuilt at the bottom and hinge points cut out and beefed up
I made New floor plates, seat mount plate, steps and battery boxes
Some fiddly work making moulds to repair broken dash parts with fibreglass as well as repairing and painting the roof
New headlining and cladding kit from Cab Parts Interiors Ltd
Seat re-trimmed
Over 350 parts re plated
Wheels fully striped

390 going back together well, it’s going to look a bit better than it did

Another one ticked off the list today.
Colour change from blue to a very nice gloss metallic black.
Rear off side mudguard was cracked from the bottom up to the light, fibre glassed underneath and fibreglass filled on the top.
Grills blasted and painted in the same gloss black

Fully stripped, blasted and painted with epoxy primer and lechler 2k
This has been a joy to do.
The original nose cone had seen better days but someone’s effort to preserve it years ago meant there was enough left to work with,
A good few hours went in to it but was nice to be able to save it.
It originally had a down swept exhaust that had been modified to vertical, original bonnet altered to bring it through the bonnet.
The wheels, wings and foot plates had been painted some time in the past so same as everything else they were taken back to bare metal and given the same treatment
Tyres removed and wheels blasted and painted
Unfortunately the original Harrogate motors badge had cracked due to the build up of rust behind it.
New cast brass one custom made to keep it looking original.

Door frame and new outer skin made
Bonnets straightened
More than 20 pieces cut out and replaced
Epoxy primed to protect it until the rest of the tractor is ready
