Had several customers this year with Mercedes Benz complaining of noise from the rear over bumps. Problem on all occasions was narrowed down to the common rear subframe corrosion issues in which the brackets shear off that hold the suspension arms in place. Dangerous if left untreated. Replacement rear subframe sourced and fitted. Four wheel alignment carried out and the customer back on the road as soon as possible.
