A customer had their car recovered to us after a local garage diagnosed it as needing a full fuel system. Pump, injectors, probably a ceremonial blessing... 💸

Funny thing though — it didn’t need a fuel system.
It needed a timing chain.

Think carefully about who you trust with your car, because “parts darts” is an expensive diagnostic strategy.

If your garage isn’t confident in what they’re diagnosing, maybe get a second opinion before funding someone else’s guessing game. 🔧💸

🚨 Important Update from RS Autos 🚨

Due to how busy we are, we will no longer be offering a mobile roadside repair service. We are still able to arrange vehicle recovery, but repairs will not be carried out at the roadside.

All work will now be done at our newly refreshed unit, where we have better facilities to get your vehicle fixed properly and efficiently.

Please make sure you get booked in with us at the workshop – the address is stated below in this post.

Thank you to everyone for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new unit! 🔧🚗
