Molten zinc being applied to marine sub assembly components, the parts are made of steel and prevented from corroding by zinc applied using TSA technology

This is one of the many protective process' we offer.
In the video you can see zinc being applied using the Thermal Arc Process, using an Oerlikon Metco machine.
It basically sprays molten metal onto a surface to create a protective blanket.

We recently painted the second Norton Rotary race bike, for the WizNorton team.
Finished the the JPS livery, but we added a gold mica effect to the straight black, and finished in half gloss clearcoat by Sam.
You'll notice the low gloss appearing more in the future, it's recently been discovered it's more aerodynamic than full gloss.
WizNorton are racing at Spa this weekend, at the ProClassic Series.
We wish them the success they deserve.

Get me, with all the posts.
As a bit of fun, and to show Sam how to do a three stage pearl, with a sparkle effect, we did a bike for a friend.
It's a rare Poketby Minibike, I didn't really take a before pic, only one to show him, we'd straightened the frame, but I think you get that it looked shabby. He wanted a 60's or 70's look, so we chose, then messed about with a Triumph Motorcycles colour. The yellow mid coat has some coarse aluminium added, this gives it more of a metal flake appearance, then first coat has sparkling aluminium added, this again helps with the 60-70's theme, but when in direct sunlight, the pearl makes it light up. It's even had a proper set of retro vinyls applied under the clear coat.

A while ago, I had a vapour blaster, I've got it back, and recommissioned it. The two pics is before, and after (hopefully you get which one's which) of a cylinder head for my 74 DT360A, twinshock Yamaha, as you can see, it looks brand new, although it took a while to get it back to that.
Ive owned the DT for a few years, and have slowly been collecting parts for it. If any of you are sad enough to appreciate it, I've managed to get a a tool box, and even a metal low mudguard, these were original equipment, but normally thrown away, for the plastic high version, even got the chrome hanger for it!! Woohoo!!

Before anyone asks, the Dodge kick off is soon, we had to build a garage to dismantle it in, and as much as we tried to keep costs down, it was still a chunk. In the meantime, I've been drawing up a shortlist of knowledgeable people to supply engine internals, wiring loom etc.

The Dodge has arrived, it's now sat at home, when we have a break in the workload, we'll start to assess what needs to be done (basically everything) Comes complete with the original radio, the original heater, this in it's self is quite a rarity, and bullet shells!!!! and a few used shotgun cartridges.
The pick up is rust free, as it comes from a dry state, and is quite complete, although other than the steering, absolutely nothing works.
The first job is to pour Coca Cola into the bores, this is apparently one of the most successful things you can use to free up a locked (seized) engine, bit of a shocker when you think most of us have bought this for our kids to drink.
