2012 Ford Transit Mini Bus. Pre class 4 MOT inspection had recommended headlight replacement. Chemical treatment, 5 grade sanding, P1 polish and 3 layers of UV resistant lacquer. Crystal clear headlights with out need for removal. MOT pass. Job done!

2008 VW Beatle with heavily detriorated highlights effecting it's MOT. Chemical treatment, 5 stage sanding, P1 polishing and 3 layers of UV resistant lacquer. End result was crystal clear headlights and an MOT pass. Job done!

2010 Mercedes ML350. One headlight had already been replaced leaving the near side light looking tired and deteriorated. Several grades of sanding, polishing and two coates of UV resistant lacquer restored the headlight to match the new one.

2013 Mercedes SLK with heavily pitted and discouloured headlights. We had to go to a lower grade of the sanding process to removed the inperfections. After a final polish and three coats of UV resistant clear coat the end result was worth it.
