Nissan Qashqai in for injector seal replacement on all 4 cylinders. 🔧

All injectors removed and fitted with new genuine-quality sealing components, including copper sealing washers and associated hardware where required. Injector seats cleaned and prepared before reassembly to ensure a proper seal and prevent combustion gas leakage.

Another job completed and ready to get the customer back on the road. ✅🚗

Tomorrow’s job – a quick and easy “turbo change” 😅🔧

A customer concern brought this one into the workshop. Time to get the old turbo removed, fit the replacement, and carry out all the necessary checks to make sure everything is running exactly as it should. Another vehicle getting the attention it deserves at ACH Automotive Repairs Ltd. 🚗💨

🔧 Audi A3 in for inspection 🧐

Following a thorough inspection, we found a couple of items requiring attention:

✅ Both front top mounts have excessive wear and need replacing.

✅ Anti-roll bar link rods are also worn and have developed play, which can lead to unwanted suspension noise and affect handling.

We’ll get these replaced and have the suspension back performing as it should, ensuring a smoother, safer drive for the customer. 🚗💨

Suzuki in for a clutch replacement – a nice, straightforward job thanks to the gearbox being relatively small and light. During the repair, we also found the gear cables were worn out, so genuine replacement cables were supplied and fitted to ensure everything operates as it should.
