Being fully qualified in City and Guilds and Awarding Body Consortium Level 2, NMWS can utilise either the TIG,MAG/MIG or MMA (Stick) processes to weld and fabricate in Steel, Stainless Steel Stainless ( including Duplex and Super Duplex) and aluminium onsite or in the workshop. Also, offering a complete onsite fabrication service, NMWS can carry out brazing, oxy fuelled gas cutting, arc gouging, plasma cutting and Magnetic drilling.

Before 🫣 and after.
Out onsite today carrying out repairs to a Vadersrad cultivator.
Both sides were like this when I started, so cleaningup took some time before i repaired cracks and plated and fitted new lugs i had fabricated to take sone pressure off the originals.

Old bosses cut out and replaced on the trailer today to finish off this job.
A new rear pin and a new pin for the drawbar stand also fabricated.
So altogether, drawbar repaired and full set of new pins and bosses all round.

I'm getting quite proficient at these.
Yet another Larrington sprung drawbar in need of some TLC.
Damaged plate that was past repair removed. Channels straightened and prepared.
New plate set up and welded with a full pe*******on V butt at the joint.
Finished off with a 12mm spreader plate welded on.
New 8mm plates to stiffen the channel web and its ready for a set of new bosses next week.

A little job this morning at a campsite in Wells, carrying out a repair on a campervan for an elderly lady travelling alone.
Bottom step rail bolt had sheared off so managing to squeeze underneath without jacking it up, i drilled it out and fitted a stainless rivnut to bolt to.
I added another one through the bracket at 90 degrees just to make sure she had no more problems on her 3 week trip around East Anglia.
All done on site by 0900.

Another Larrington sprung drawbar repair.
Cracked plate removed and channels straightened.
New 20mm plate set up and welded with a full pe*******on V butt to join plates and overlayed with a spreader plate. Channels also braced with 8mm internal plates.

Part new floor overlayed in an old Richard Western trailer today, and another Larrington drawbar in for repairs.
