A very cold couple of days!

When the planets line up sometimes good things happen, I was off, the weather was ok, and the turn out at Kirkbride Airfield for the fly in, was a good one!
I tried to get shots of everyone coming in, likely to have missed some, but I did my best.
Some fantastic examples some older than me, some not, some with amazing stories behind.

I love to shoot in days like this, but the work that happens after that isn't really appreciated by some, gets lost among some fantastic stories, from former RAF airframes, to others that have been involve in some sort of incidents...its all worth while.

A huge thank you to some that made this day possible, from the Chris's to Claire, to all the marshals and all the public.

This last weekend brought the Top of NWC league 1 Leigh Miners Rangers u15s to Whitehaven and play Kells Youth ARLFC U15's counting for the Lancashire Cup Quarter Finals. Not an easy match at all. A test between both 1st places on Division 1 and 2.
In my eyes the lads played very well, giving the winning team a run for their money. It was a great match to watch despite the loss. you all did very well! It showed a great devotion from the lads, so a big well done.
Obviously none of this would be achievable without the Coaching team. To all of you, well done!

Kells Youth ARLFC vs Golborne Parkside Greens
This week, Kells Youth ARLFC were visited by the Golborne Parkside Greens, a fantastic match that saw Kells Youth ARLFC take the victory, with a final result of 42-20. Keep up the good work lads.

It was also great to see that Adam is on the mend after the "hiccup" on his last match! What a fantastic tribute, what a team, great group of players, coaches but above all, friends! So proud that my "little" lad is part of such a "gang".

A little message to Ads...Get well soon mate, cant wait to "catch" you in front of my lens!

This week's fixture took Kells Youth ARLFC all the way visit the Halton Farnworth Hornets. Kells Youth ARLFC came home with a fantastic victory, well done lads, supported by their coaches and all the family members that always show their support in one way or another!

A tough friendly game today, Kells Youth ARLFC U15s vs Thatto Heath U15s ended up with a draw, keeping the lads busy on Easter Sunday.
