SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TWO BROS AUTOS
1. THE NATURE OF MOBILE SERVICE
The Customer acknowledges that services are performed at a location of the Customer's choosing (the "Service Site"). Unlike a stationary garage, a mobile environment is subject to variables beyond the company's control.
Surface Stability: The Service Site must be a flat, stable, and legal surface. The Technician reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is parked on an incline, soft ground, or in a location that compromises the safety of the technician or the vehicle (e.g., active carriageway without proper signage).
Environmental Factors: Extreme weather (heavy rain, lightning, or extreme heat) may result in the rescheduling of services for the safety of the technician and the integrity of the repair.
2. ACCESS AND SITE PREPARATION
To ensure a comfortable and efficient workflow, the Customer agrees to:
Provide sufficient clearance (at least 3 feet) around the vehicle.
Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and accessible at the agreed appointment time.
Clear the area of pets, children, and objects for the duration of the work.
3. DIAGNOSTIC FEES & SCOPE OF WORK
The "Call-Out" Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic/call-out fee of [£50] applies to all appointments. This covers the technician's time and travel. This fee is credited towards the final repair cost if the work is completed.
Scope Creep: Mobile mechanics often find "hidden" issues once a part is removed. If a technician discovers an additional fault that renders the initial repair useless or unsafe, work will stop, and a new estimate will be provided. The Customer acknowledges that "while we are in there" repairs may change the initial timeline.
4. PARTS AND SOURCING
Customer-Supplied Parts: While we allow customers to provide their own parts, [Two Bros Autos] provides no warranty on customer-supplied components. If a customer-supplied part is found to be defective or the wrong fitment upon installation, a second labour charge will apply to remove and replace it.
Sourced Parts: Parts ordered by the technician are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
5. PAYMENT AND COMPLETION
Payment Terms: All payments are due immediately upon completion of the service and before the vehicle is driven away.
Payment Methods: We accept [Cash & Bank Tranfer].
The "Test Drive": For safety and liability, a compulsory test drive is required to verify the repair and work completed, this will be carried out by the technician. If the customer insists on driving, they do so at their own risk.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Existing Conditions: The technician is not responsible for the failure of aged, rusted, or brittle components that break during the standard course of a repair despite our best efforts to avoid this (e.g., a rusted bolt snapping during a brake change).
7. CANCELLATIONS
We understand schedules change. However, cancellations made less than [48] hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of [£25].
