One from when I worked at Volkswagen Commercial. Transporter DSG, 4 Motion for a flywheel. Once the gearbox was out the flywheel dropped to bits, it was fair to say that was the rattle. 🛠️🛠️

Motor home last week having some welding carried out, after failing its MOT.

Last week saw me helping out the Auto Electrician in Sheffield. Peugeot expert 2019, taking out a a solid flywheel conversion kit that’s been done elsewhere, and putting back in a duel mass and clutch kit.

Volkswagen Polo, after carrying out some previous work, on road test noticed the gearbox was noisy on road test, so gearbox out and sent for rebuild and a new bearing set fitted. Good as new

Been quiet on socials lately, don’t panic I’m still here, you’re just keeping me busy! 🤩
Mitsubishi Outlander had been to a couple garages and told it needed a sensor. Carried out a diag, using the ⭐️BRAND NEW Topdon One Plus⭐️& visual inspections from the logged faults, found the exhaust manifold cracked to the EGR feed and the boost pipe split.

Returning customer having the MOT advisory’s done, discs and pads all round, while carrying out the work we found the OSR brake caliper was seized, quick trip to get a new one. All done for the customer while they were on holiday.
