We attended this vehicle as the customer could not close the sunroof. We found that the motor had seized. Once we removed the motor we manually wound the mechanism to get it closed. The customer opted to leave it unplugged rather than replacing the motor as it is an expensive part.

Called out 3 or 4 times this month where people have messed about with the fuse box and the car would not start after. Usually due to a missing fuse or them being put back in the wrong place.
